Summary: Seeking a motivated Junior Architect passionate about design, detail-oriented, and proficient in Revit-based BIM workflows to support architectural concept development and BIM modeling. Assist in design development and construction documentation We are seeking a motivated **Junior Architect** with strong **design and BIM/Revit experience** to join our team. The ideal candidate will support senior architects in developing architectural concepts, preparing BIM models, and producing high\-quality design drawings for various projects. This role is ideal for a creative professional who is passionate about architecture, detail\-oriented, and proficient in **Revit\-based BIM workflows**. Key Responsibilities * Develop architectural **design concepts, plans, and presentations** under the supervision of senior architects. * Create and manage **accurate BIM models using Revit** for architectural projects. * Prepare **architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models**. * Assist in **design development and construction documentation**. * Coordinate with **engineering teams and consultants** using BIM workflows. * Ensure drawings comply with **project standards, building codes, and regulations**. * Produce **renderings and visual presentations** when required. Requirements * **Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture**. * **1–3 years of professional experience** in architectural design. * Strong proficiency in **Revit / BIM modeling**. * Good knowledge of **architectural detailing and documentation**. * Experience with **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar visualization tools** is an advantage. * Strong design sense and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively in a **team\-based environment**. * Good communication and time\-management skills.
