* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 10\+ years of experience in solution architecture for large\-scale transformation programs (preferably Oracle Fusion) within asset\-intensive or airport environments. * Proven experience in designing and implementing end\-to\-end business processes and integrated solutions in complex, asset\-intensive environments. * Strong technical expertise in ERP architecture, integration, middleware, APIs, and security. * Expertise in modern integration approaches (APIs, ESB, iPaaS), cloud\-native architectures, and digital transformation. * Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination in complex, cross\-functional settings. * Professional certifications in solution architecture, project management, or ERP systems (preferred). * Demonstrated ability to lead cross\-functional teams and manage multiple, concurrent projects with a focus on business outcomes and innovation.
