This role is responsible for ensuring high\-quality lighting solutions that enhance aesthetics, functionality, and user experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead lighting design strategy and creative direction for projects * Oversee concept development, design plans, and technical specifications * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams * Ensure compliance with lighting standards, safety, and regulations * Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources * Review and approve lighting layouts, fixtures, and installations * Stay updated on lighting trends, technologies, and sustainability practices * Lead and mentor design teams **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field * 8\+ years of experience in lighting design or related roles * Strong portfolio demonstrating lighting projects and design expertise * Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects * Knowledge of lighting systems, controls, and design software * Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR27,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
