Focus on preparing pre-commissioning reports and schedules Pre\-Commissioning Supervisor – Piping **Location:** Ras Laffan, Qatar **Project Duration:** 3 Months (Extendable) **Employment Type:** Freelancer We are looking for an experienced **Pre\-Commissioning Supervisor – Piping** for an Oil \& Gas project in **Ras Laffan, Qatar**. Requirements * Diploma / B.Tech in **Mechanical Engineering**. * Minimum **7 years of relevant experience** in a similar position as a **Pre\-Commissioning Engineer/Supervisor** in the Oil \& Gas industry. * **Ras Laffan / Qatar Oil \& Gas experience is preferred.** * Excellent verbal and written command of **English**. * Strong knowledge of pre\-commissioning activities, documentation, completions and handover processes. * **Valid Qatar ID (QID) required.** * **Freelancers only.** * **Immediate joiners preferred.** Key Responsibilities * Review relevant project engineering, technical and SHES documentation. * Prepare **Pre\-Commissioning Method Statements, JSA’s and work packs**. * Prepare pre\-commissioning schedules and resource plans. * Identify required commissioning tools, test equipment, temporary facilities, lubricants, consumables and third\-party services. * Provide input to the **Completions Database**, including system and subsystem population, in coordination with the Completions Team. * Participate in constructability reviews to ensure efficient pre\-commissioning and handover. * Ensure commissioning data, documentation and handovers comply with **Completions processes and project procedures**. * Promote and maintain a strong **safety culture** within the pre\-commissioning team. * Prepare accurate **pre\-commissioning progress and status reports**.
