To strengthen our operations in Doha, we are seeking an experienced **Studio Manager (Interior Design)** to oversee studio activities and ensure excellence in project delivery. Role Overview The **Studio Manager (Interior Design)** will be responsible for managing studio operations, coordinating design projects, and leading the creative team. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for design innovation. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring smooth workflow and resource allocation. * Manage interior design projects from concept to completion. * Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions. * Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success. * Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards. * Lead and mentor design staff to achieve creative and operational excellence. * Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and design standards. * Report regularly to senior leadership on studio performance and project outcomes. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. * 8–10 years of experience in interior design, with at least 5 years in a leadership or studio management role. * Proven track record of managing diverse design projects. * Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite). * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
