Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities **Role Summary:** Responsible for analyzing operational data to ensure accuracy, support reporting, and drive performance improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze and validate large datasets for accuracy and completeness * Develop dashboards and performance reports * Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities * Coordinate with operations and IT teams for data consistency **Requirements:** * Degree in Data Science, Engineering, or related field * Minimum 4\+ years in data analysis * Strong skills in Power BI / Tableau / SQL / Python * Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities
