Summary: Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring safe and correct execution according to approved plans and schedules. Highlights: 1. Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractor activities on site. 2. Ensure correct setting out, levels, dimensions, and alignment of works. 3. Monitor construction works for proper workmanship and productivity. Job Purpose To supervise and coordinate daily site construction activities, ensuring that works are executed safely, correctly, and according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and the project schedule. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractor activities on site. * Organize daily manpower and allocate workers according to work requirements. * Monitor construction works and ensure proper workmanship and productivity. * Read and understand construction drawings, details, and specifications. * Coordinate with the Site Engineer regarding daily work activities and priorities. * Ensure correct setting out, levels, dimensions, and alignment of works. * Monitor materials, tools, and equipment required for daily activities. * Identify site issues, clashes, or deficiencies and report them to the Site Engineer. * Ensure workers follow approved method statements and safety requirements. * Coordinate with other trades to avoid work conflicts and delays. * Maintain daily records of manpower and work progress. * Assist the Site Engineer during inspections and rectification of defective works. * Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the work area. Minimum Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Foreman, preferably in villa/building construction. * Good knowledge of civil and structural construction works. * Ability to read construction drawings. * Good understanding of concrete, blockwork, plastering, and general building works. * Experience supervising multiple workers and coordinating with different trades. * Good communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines Pay: From QAR3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
