




Looking for an experienced HVAC Project Sales Engineer to generate leads, manage HVAC project sales, and build relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision\-makers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Find and develop new HVAC project sales opportunities (chillers, VRF/VRV, ducted splits, FCUs, etc.). * Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers. * Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demos. * Work with design and estimation teams on proposals, quotes, and technical submissions. * Track and follow up on projects, tenders, and RFQs. * Stay updated on construction projects and market trends. * Ensure compliance with Qatari standards (QCS, Kahramaa, Ashghal). * Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts. * Meet monthly and annual sales targets. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field. * 3–6 years of HVAC sales experience (Qatar/GCC preferred). * Good knowledge of HVAC design, equipment selection, and technical drawings. * Network of consultants and contractors in Qatar is a plus. * Understanding of local MEP regulations. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Valid Qatari driving license and transferable RP preferred.
