Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly **Job Title: Civil Site Engineer – Construction** **Location:** Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-Time Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and experienced **Civil Site Engineer** to oversee and manage construction activities on\-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities * Supervise day\-to\-day civil construction activities at project sites. * Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements. * Review drawings, specifications, and method statements before execution. * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. * Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved standards. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization. * Identify and resolve technical and site\-related issues promptly. * Ensure compliance with local regulations and HSE requirements. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 5\+ years of experience in building or infrastructure construction projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality control procedures. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation. * Excellent communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines. * Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred. * Candidates currently based in Qatar will be preferred. Preferred Skills * Experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects. * Knowledge of QA/QC and HSE standards. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
