Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards **Job Title**: Civil Engineer **Location**: Doha, Qatar **Job Type**: Full Time **Job Description**: The **Civil Engineer** is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. Manages project teams, obtains permits and regulatory approvals, monitors site activities, ensures compliance with quality and safety standards, and maintains project schedules using Primavera. Collaborates with contractors, consultants, and authorities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications. **Key Roles \& Responsibilities** * Plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects. * Review engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements. * Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. * Monitor construction activities to ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications are met. * Prepare cost estimates, quantity take\-offs, budgets, and technical reports. * Conduct site inspections and resolve engineering and construction\-related issues. * Manage project resources, materials, and workforce to achieve project objectives. * Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and clients. * Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and building codes. * Perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions to minimize project delays. * Obtain and coordinate all required construction permits, approvals, and licenses from relevant authorities. * Prepare and submit permit applications, technical documents, drawings, and supporting reports for approval. * Manage project documentation, including permits, approvals, correspondence, and as\-built records. * Proficient in using Primavera. * Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams, coordinate daily activities, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure project objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
