Collaborate with diverse teams for proper cost management **Job Description: Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer** NAC Sugar Refinery is seeking a detail\-oriented **Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer** to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role is vital for managing project costs and ensuring that our operations remain within budget while maintaining high\-quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction and engineering projects. * Monitor project expenditures and provide regular reports on financial performance. * Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering to minimize costs. * Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure proper cost management. * Review and analyze contractor bids, providing recommendations on procurement decisions. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Engineer, preferably in the manufacturing or refinery sector. * Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of cost control and budgeting. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with diverse teams. * Proficient in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information:** * **Salary**: QAR 40 \- QAR 90 per hour, based on experience. * **Location**: 101 Sweet Street, Doha, Qatar. * **Contact**: For applications, please email **ahmed@nacsugar.com**.
