Role Overview The **Data Analyst** will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting logistics and operational data to provide actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization, and the ability to collaborate across departments to improve efficiency and performance. Key Responsibilities * Collect, clean, and analyze logistics and operational data. * Develop dashboards and reports to support management decisions. * Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. * Collaborate with operations, finance, and IT teams to optimize workflows. * Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for performance enhancement. * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies. * Support digital transformation initiatives with data\-driven insights. * Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in logistics or supply chain industries. * Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * Knowledge of ERP systems and logistics management software is an advantage. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
