Key Responsibilities: * Lead financial analysis, modelling, and viability assessments. * Structure and evaluate payment mechanisms and risk frameworks. * Prepare and review procurement documentation including RFQs, RFPs, and bid evaluations. * Coordinate market sounding and developer engagement. * Support financial negotiations and project financial close. * Liaise with stakeholders and provide progress reporting. * Advise on project finance strategy and documentation.
