Identify operational issues and recommend improvements for efficiency **Operations Coordinator** **Grupo Rio LLC (Branch) – Al Rayyan** **Position Summary** The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting and overseeing day\-to\-day operational activities at Grupo Rio LLC’s Al Rayyan branch. This role ensures smooth workflow coordination, efficient resource utilization, compliance with company procedures, and effective communication between departments to maintain high operational standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and monitor daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and consistency in service delivery * Assist in planning and implementing operational procedures and workflows * Liaise with internal departments (logistics, HR, finance, and administration) to ensure smooth operations * Track operational performance and prepare regular reports for management review * Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards * Manage schedules, task assignments, and operational documentation * Support inventory control, procurement coordination, and supply management as needed * Identify operational issues and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost\-effectiveness * Assist in onboarding and training of operational staff when required * Handle administrative tasks related to branch operations **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field * 2–4 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic reporting tools * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities * Knowledge of operational processes in service or corporate environments is an advantage **Key Competencies** * Attention to detail * Problem\-solving and analytical thinking * Time management and prioritization * Team collaboration * Accountability and reliability **Work Location** Grupo Rio LLC (Branch) – Al Rayyan Pay: Up to QAR650,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
