We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, regulatory compliance, and ethical business practices. **Role Overview** We are seeking a vigilant and detail\-oriented **AML Compliance Officer** to join our Doha team. This role is critical in ensuring the company adheres to Anti\-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, identifies financial risks, and maintains strong compliance controls across all operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and assess transactions to identify potential AML risks and suspicious activities * Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) procedures * Ensure compliance with AML laws, regulations, and internal policies * Investigate alerts and escalate suspicious cases to relevant authorities when required * Maintain accurate records of compliance checks, investigations, and reports * Support internal audits and regulatory inspections * Assist in developing and updating AML policies and procedures * Provide training and guidance to staff on AML compliance requirements **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field * Professional certification (CAMS or equivalent) is highly preferred * Minimum 3–6 years of experience in AML, compliance, or financial crime prevention * Strong understanding of AML regulations and compliance frameworks * Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem\-solving skills * High attention to detail and strong ethical judgment * Strong communication and reporting abilities **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work in a compliance\-focused and ethical organization * Career development and professional certification support * Collaborative and supportive work environment **How to Apply** Interested candidates are invited to apply via Indeed by submitting their updated CV and relevant certifications.
