




As an **Assistant QHSE Manager**, you will be responsible for developing, communicating, and enforcing all company SOPs and local regulatory requirements related to Sanitation, Food Safety, Occupational Health \& Safety, and Environmental Management. You will support and monitor the implementation of HACCP and QHSE initiatives across the Club and its clients’ operations, ensuring consistent safety, quality, and compliance throughout all activities. **Key ResponsibilitiesTraining \& Awareness** * Design and deliver training sessions on Food Safety, Hygiene, and Workplace Safety, including presentations, drills, and emergency preparedness programs. * Foster a strong culture of QHSE awareness and ensure all teams adhere to safe working practices. * Maintain operational readiness and contribute to ongoing enhancement of QHSE systems and procedures. **Quality \& Compliance Management** * Ensure timely renewal and upkeep of ISO certifications and assist with internal and external audits. * Update and manage QHSE manuals, procedures, and documentation; conduct hazard identification and risk evaluations. * Serve as a QHSE advisor and liaise with government or regulatory authorities when required. * Oversee HACCP implementation across Club facilities, staff accommodations, and client operations. **Auditing \& Inspections** * Carry out routine and surprise inspections across kitchens, F\&B venues, staff cafeterias, outdoor catering zones, and recreational areas. * Detect non\-conformities, prepare inspection reports, and communicate findings to the Director of Operations. * Ensure that staff accommodation facilities meet required standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. **Health \& Safety Management** * Ensure emergency tools, first\-aid kits, PPE, and safety signage are in place and properly maintained. * Provide guidance on health and safety requirements and support the implementation of corrective actions. * Execute HSE programs in line with internal standards, local laws, and global best practices. * Maintain detailed reports and records for QHSE, HACCP, and compliance\-related activities. **Continuous Improvement** * Recommend updates to policies, SOPs, and processes to improve QHSE performance. * Track new developments in QHSE, maintain data logs, and prepare trend reports for management. * Offer QHSE/HACCP expertise for tenders, proposals, and project planning. * Participate in industry forums and professional training to remain current with best practices. **Incident \& Risk Management** * Lead investigations related to Food Safety and HSE incidents, perform JHA, Risk Assessments, and Environmental Monitoring reviews. * Implement corrective/preventive measures and ensure knowledge is shared across departments. **Client \& Supplier Relations** * Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and business partners. * Review suppliers to ensure they meet HSE requirements and performance standards. **Operational Support** * Support management in new project mobilizations, including pre\-opening QHSE/HACCP inspections. * Ensure compliance during internal, client, ISO, and regulatory audits, including Supreme Committee audits. * Assist in preparing the annual QHSE budget and follow up on execution. * Maintain all documents and records related to Food Safety, HSE, and QHSE programs. **Standards Implementation** * Ensure adherence to international standards, including: * **ISO 22000:2018 — Food Safety** * **ISO 9001:2015 — Quality Management** * **ISO 14001:2015 — Environmental Management** * **ISO 45001:2018 / OHSAS 18001 — Occupational Health \& Safety** **Qualifications Required** * Bachelor’s degree in Health \& Safety, Environmental Science, Food Safety, Quality, or similar fields. * At least **5 years of experience** in a QHSE role within hospitality or a related sector. * Certifications such as HACCP Level 3, Food Safety Level 3, NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 22000:2018, and Internal Auditor. * Solid background in audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. **Skills Required** * Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities; effective team collaborator * Analytical mindset with strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills * Proactive, responsible, and results\-driven * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong documentation and reporting abilities * High levels of integrity and professionalism * Confident leadership in fast\-paced work environments * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays when needed Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: From QAR7,600\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Food Safety, Quality Management, or a related field.
