Maintain regulatory compliance and manage environmental programs Environmental Supervisor – Contract Opportunity at Mind Stream Mind Stream is looking for an experienced Environmental Supervisor to lead our environmental assurance efforts on a contract basis. You will play a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance, managing environmental programs, and supervising a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities: \- Supervise, direct, and develop a team of environmental officers and technicians. \- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with environmental permits, regulations, and company policies. \- Conduct regular environmental inspections, audits, and risk assessments; track and close findings. \- Manage waste handling, segregation, storage, and disposal programs in accordance with regulatory requirements. \- Coordinate environmental monitoring programs (air emissions, water discharges, soil, noise, etc.). \- Prepare and submit timely environmental reports to internal management and external regulatory authorities. Requirements: \- Proven skills in Environmental Compliance, Environmental Monitoring, and Waste Management. \- Working knowledge of ISO 14001, EIA, and HSE Management Systems. \- NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate. \- Experience in incident investigation and corrective/preventive action implementation. \- Strong team supervision and communication abilities.
