




Front Office Operations * Supervise daily front desk activities and shift operations * Ensure room assignments, rates, and billing are accurate * Monitor cash handling, postings, and night audit readiness * Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards Staff Supervision * Supervise, train, and motivate front office team members * Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance * Conduct shift briefings and performance feedback * Assist in onboarding and training new employees Coordination \& Administration * Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Sales for room status and guest needs * Prepare daily reports and handover logs * Assist the Front Office Manager with administrative duties * Ensure safety, security, and emergency procedures are followed Requirements \& Qualifications * Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred * Minimum 2–3 years of front office experience, with supervisory exposure * Strong communication and leadership skills * Proficiency in hotel PMS (Opera or similar systems preferred) * Good knowledge of cash handling and guest relations * Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 24 months Pay: QAR2,800\.00 per month
