Ensuring compliance with labor laws and food safety standards **HR Food Industry Manager** **Job Summary:** The HR Food Industry Manager is responsible for managing and developing all HR functions within food manufacturing plants or food companies, with a focus on supporting production operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and enhancing workforce performance in alignment with laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement HR strategies that support production and operational goals. * Oversee recruitment for operational and technical roles (production workers, quality assurance, maintenance). * Manage employee relations in a multinational industrial environment. * Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO). * Develop training programs focused on safety, quality, and operations. * Manage performance and evaluate production line staff. * Oversee payroll and benefits administration for employees and workers. * Reduce employee turnover and improve job stability. * Coordinate with Production and Quality departments to ensure availability of suitable personnel. * Support quality and safety-related audits. * Manage worker accommodation and related services when required. * Prepare HR reports for senior management. **Qualifications & Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 8\-12 years of HR experience, including experience in the food industry or manufacturing sector. * Strong knowledge of industrial work environments and food safety systems. * Good understanding of UAE labor laws. * Strong leadership and management skills. * Ability to manage a large and diverse workforce. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Fluency in both Arabic and English. **Core Competencies:** * Industrial HR Management * Employee Relations * Recruitment and Training * Compliance and Safety * Performance Management * Leadership and Team Building **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Employee Turnover Rate * Workforce productivity and efficiency * Level of compliance with safety and quality standards * Time-to-fill for operational positions * Employee satisfaction * Reduction in workplace incidents and injuries Salary: QAR٤٧٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ per month Work Location: On-site
