Summary: The HSE Officer monitors and implements HSE procedures, promoting injury prevention, conducting audits, and managing HSE documentation. Highlights: 1. Promote awareness of injury prevention and damage control 2. Supervise and monitor the implementation of project HSE plans 3. Conduct HSE training and manage relevant documentation HSE Officer monitors the overall implementation of the HSE procedures within the area of their responsibility. This role reports directly to the company HSE Manager on HSE matters. **Key Responsibilities:** * Atcively promote awareness of injury prevention and damage control. * Supervise and monitor the implementation of the project HSE plan. * Conduct HSE audits and inspection as planned, document and report finding and recommend actions to correct. * Issue and inspect work permits and maintain a register / log of these permits. * Conduct HSE training per the training plan. * prepare safe operating procedures, review risk assessment and method statements cooperation with the deputy HSE manager * Maintain relevant HSE documentation and records (including all registers and logs) * Perform daily and weekly equipment checks in their responsibility * Manage the performance of assigned team members * Performs other duties as required **Skills:** * Minimum 3 years experience * OHSAS 18001 * ISO 14001 * NEBOSH Job Type: Full\-time Education: * Diploma (Required) Experience: * HSE Officer: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: * NEBOSH (Required) * ISO 14001 (Required) * OHSAS 18001 (Required) Location: * Doha (Doha) (Required) Work Location: In person
