Job Summary:
The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Director leads the development and implementation of policies and programs to maintain a safe and internationally compliant work environment.

HSE Director
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
* Lead corporate safety programs and promote a safety culture across all work sites.
* Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and international standards such as:
* ISO 45001
* ISO 14001
* OSHA
* Manage risk assessment processes, incident investigations, and reporting.
* Oversee emergency response plans and incident and crisis management.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections at work sites.
* Deliver HSE-related training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
* Prepare HSE performance indicators and reports for senior management.
* Coordinate with regulatory authorities, clients, and contractors regarding safety and environmental requirements.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
* Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE, including at least 5 years in a leadership managerial role.
* Strong experience in oil & gas or major construction projects.
* Professional certifications such as:
* NEBOSH
* IOSH
* OSHA
* ISO Lead Auditor
* Excellent leadership and management skills.
* Strong team management and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
