Deliver safety training and promote a strong safety culture We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across our workplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety policies and procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures * Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits * Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions * Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations * Deliver safety training and awareness programs for employees * Investigate incidents, accidents, and near\-misses, and prepare reports * Maintain HSE documentation and records * Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills * Promote a strong safety culture within the organization **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Health \& Safety or related field * Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH preferred) * Proven experience as an HSE Officer or similar role * Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards * Excellent communication and training skills * Ability to conduct risk assessments and write reports * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in construction, oil \& gas, or industrial environments * Knowledge of ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 standards * First aid and emergency response training Pay: QAR4,500\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
