The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and proven experience working on construction sites. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs on\-site * Ensure compliance with local HSE laws, regulations, and company standards * Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and site audits * Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions * Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training to workers * Investigate incidents, accidents, and near\-misses; prepare reports * Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors on safety matters * Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities **Requirements (Mandatory)** * Minimum **5 years of experience** as an HSE Officer * **NEBOSH certification** (IGC or equivalent) – **Mandatory** * **Construction industry experience** – **Required** * Strong knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessments, and safe work practices * Ability to work independently on\-site * Good communication and reporting skills Job Type: Full\-time
