JOB DESCRIPTION * Manages HSEQ systems, audits/inspections, non\-conformances, CAPA closure, documentation and compliance assurance. * Develop and deliver training programs related to health and safety, quality standards, operational procedures, and workplace compliance. * Coordinate employee induction programs, refresher training, and specialized operational training. * Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records and compliance documentation. * Promote a strong health and safety culture across all operational sites and workforce levels. * Ensure employees are aware of safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and environmental responsibilities. * Work closely with operational managers to ensure HSEQ requirements are integrated into daily operations. * Prepare HSEQ reports, performance metrics, and compliance documentation for management and clients. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational safety, quality, and environmental performance. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health \& Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. * Minimum **7 years of experience in HSEQ management**, preferably within facilities management or healthcare environments. * International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001/14001/45001 awareness; internal auditor (preferred); Root Cause Analysis (RCA) / Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) Work Location: In person
