Ensures compliance with labor laws **Job Summary** The Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures effective HR operations and supports organizational goals by maintaining a positive and compliant work environment. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Recruitment \& Onboarding * Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and offer letters. * Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs. * Maintain employee records and personnel files (hard copy and electronic). 2\. Employee Relations * Serve as a point of contact for employee HR\-related inquiries. * Assist in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. * Support management in implementing company policies and procedures. 3\. Payroll \& Benefits Administration * Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, leave, deductions). * Administer employee benefits such as leave, medical insurance, and end\-of\-service benefits. * Ensure accurate records for salaries, allowances, and deductions. 4\. Performance Management \& Training * Assist in performance appraisal processes and documentation. * Coordinate training programs and maintain training records. * Identify training needs in coordination with department heads. 5\. Compliance \& Documentation * Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies. * Handle employee contracts, renewals, amendments, and terminations. * Support audits and inspections related to HR, ISO, or client requirements. 6\. HR Reporting \& Administration * Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and leave summaries. * Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times. * Support general administrative tasks related to HR operations. Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month
