The ideal candidate will ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock and costs, manage warehouse operations, and coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams. Experience in coffee beans, cafes, or coffee roasting is highly preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** **Inventory Control \& Management:** * Maintain optimal inventory levels based on demand forecasts and business objectives. * Implement and manage inventory tracking systems (ERP/WMS). * Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations. * Investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate record\-keeping. **Procurement \& Supply Chain Coordination:** * Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to ensure timely stock replenishment. * Develop and manage strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. * Monitor lead times, delivery schedules, and supplier performance. **Warehouse Operations:** * Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. * Optimise warehouse layout for efficiency and space utilization. **Data Analysis \& Reporting:** * Generate regular inventory reports (stock valuation, turnover, shortages, etc.). * Analyse trends to forecast future inventory needs. * Identify cost\-saving opportunities and reduce waste. **Team Leadership:** * Supervise and train inventory clerks, warehouse staff, and other team members. * Set performance goals and conduct evaluations. * Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in coffee beans, cafes, or coffee roasting operations. * Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain processes. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
