Lead and train inventory staff to maintain efficiency Nbox Logistics is looking for an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to manage and monitor inventory operations across our warehouse facilities. The role focuses on accuracy, control, and process improvement to ensure stock availability and operational efficiency. * Supervise daily inventory control activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch * Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records in the system * Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock audits * Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances * Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and procurement teams * Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures * Prepare inventory reports and share insights with management * Implement and improve inventory control processes and best practices * Train and guide inventory staff to maintain accuracy and efficiency * Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse supervision * Experience in logistics or supply chain operations is preferred * Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel * Good leadership and team coordination skills * High attention to detail and problem\-solving ability * Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines * Good communication skills in English Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month Experience: * Warehouse : 5 years (Required) Location: * Doha (Required)
