Lead and develop store teams, ensuring staff performance **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Operations Manager** to oversee daily restaurant operations across multiple QSR outlets of our brand in Qatar. The ideal candidate must ensure high standards of food quality, service excellence, cost control, and staff performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage day\-to\-day operations of multiple outlets. * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs. * Monitor sales, customer service, expenses, wastage, brand compliance, and profitability. * Recruit, train, and develop store teams. * Handle customer complaints and maintain service standards. * Coordinate with maintenance and procurement teams. * Prepare reports and meet business targets. * Overall Operations Management. * Implementation of Menu and overlook the costing. * Track the suppliers and drivers for smooth deliveries. * Conducts audits and training visits. * Staff Management \& Leadership. * Customer Experience \& Service Quality. * Operational SOPs. * Inventory, Cost Control \& Procurement. * Marketing, Promotions, and quality control. * Maintenance \& Facility Management. * Reporting \& Coordination. * Strategic Planning \& Expansion. * Looks for new store openings projects. * Training \& Development. * Health, Safety \& Risk Management. **Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years of QSR multi\-unit management experience. * Degree in Hotel Management will be an added advantage. * Strong leadership and people\-management skills. * Knowledge of GCC food safety standards. * Good communication in English (Arabic is a plus). * Valid transferable visa preferred if present in local.
