Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and healthcare regulations **Pharmaceutical Coordinator** **Inquifarmed LLC – Al Wakrah, Qatar** **Position Summary:** Inquifarmed LLC is seeking a detail\-oriented and highly organized Pharmaceutical Coordinator to support the efficient coordination of pharmaceutical operations, inventory management, and regulatory compliance within our facility in Al Wakrah. The role ensures the smooth flow of pharmaceutical products from procurement to distribution while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and healthcare regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate daily pharmaceutical operations including procurement, storage, and distribution of medications and healthcare products. * Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations. * Maintain accurate records of pharmaceutical supplies, batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage conditions. * Liaise with suppliers, distributors, and healthcare professionals to ensure timely and compliant delivery of products. * Ensure compliance with local health authority regulations and internal quality assurance standards. * Assist in preparing documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions. * Support pharmacists and healthcare staff with administrative and logistical tasks. * Track and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or expired medications. * Implement and maintain proper storage and handling procedures in accordance with pharmaceutical best practices. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. * Previous experience in pharmaceutical coordination, hospital pharmacy, or healthcare supply chain preferred. * Strong understanding of pharmaceutical inventory systems and regulatory compliance. * Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced and regulated healthcare environment. * High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and safety. **Preferred Skills:** * Knowledge of GCC pharmaceutical regulations (Qatar experience is an advantage). * Experience working with ERP or hospital pharmacy systems. * Strong problem\-solving and coordination abilities. **Work Location:** Al Wakrah, Qatar **Company:** Inquifarmed LLC نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
