Summary: The QA/QC Engineer will develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards. Implement and maintain ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 compliance QA/QC Engineer – Duties \& Responsibilities Develop and implement Inspection \& Test Plans (ITP), method statements, and quality control procedures in compliance with project specifications and applicable codes. Prepare and submit technical submittals, and actively participate in client meetings to ensure alignment with project standards and requirements. Conduct and oversee inspection and quality control activities for machining processes and valve testing. Identify non\-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure product compliance. Ensure all testing activities adhere to international standards and guidelines. Implement, monitor, and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems. Review and provide feedback on clients’ Quality Control Plans (QCPs). Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). Supervise day\-to\-day quality control operations, ensuring all inspection activities meet project quality requirements. Prepare and submit prequalification documents for machining works. Coordinate submission and approval of Material Approval Requests (MAR) / Material Inspection Requests (MIR). Ensure all measuring and testing equipment are properly calibrated and maintained. Raise and manage Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and take proactive measures to minimize occurrences. Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) for installation and materials. Compile and prepare QA/QC documentation for tender submissions.
