Summary: We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented QHSE Officer to monitor and support Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across company operations. Highlights: 1. Promote a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace We are looking for a responsible and detail\-oriented **QHSE Officer** to monitor and support Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across company operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor daily QHSE activities and requirements. * Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions, hazards, and potential risks. * Ensure employees follow health and safety procedures and safe working practices. * Identify hazards and recommend appropriate control measures. * Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and safety awareness sessions. * Report and assist in the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses. * Ensure proper use of **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**. * Monitor housekeeping and overall workplace safety conditions. * Support the implementation of company QHSE policies, procedures, and programs. * Maintain QHSE records, checklists, inspection reports, and related documentation. * Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly QHSE reports. * Monitor environmental practices and ensure proper waste management. * Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and management regarding safety concerns and QHSE requirements. * Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure. * Assist with internal and external QHSE audits, inspections, and client requirements. * Ensure safety signs, emergency equipment, and safety materials are properly maintained and accessible. * Promote a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible working environment. * Perform other QHSE\-related duties assigned by management. **Skills \& Competencies** * Good knowledge of **QHSE procedures and workplace safety practices**. * Basic knowledge of **Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements**. * Good understanding of **hazard identification and risk assessment**. * Knowledge of PPE requirements and safe working practices. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Strong observation and attention to detail. * Good problem\-solving skills. * Strong organizational and reporting skills. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Ability to conduct site inspections and toolbox talks. * Ability to maintain accurate QHSE records and documentation. * Ability to work effectively under pressure. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Location: In person
