Leads investigations for customer complaints and internal incidents NEW VACANCY Quality Inspector **LEADING FACORY IN QATAR** IN DOHA FLUENT ENGLISH We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Quality Inspector to our growing team in Doha , Qatar. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Supports implementation of QMS in the Factory to assure consumer safety and overall quality of final product being manufactured** **Develop and maintain quality SOPs, Specifications and inspection protocols.**Lead investigation for customer complaints and internal incidents. **Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions (CAPA).** **Conduct internal audit for ISO standards and GMP compliance.** **Approve raw materials, packaging and finish product specifications.** **Review productions / process control checklist records.** **Supports preparation of local procedure and work instructions that ensure the Company and other applicable standards are accurately represented in local procedures and work instructions** **Supports tracking operational performance by analyzing data and organizing quality losses into clear categories to identify improvement areas.** **Supports efforts to verify and document compliance to regulatory requirements applicable to quality and consumer safety.** **Supports efforts to complete and maintain external audits and certifications.** **Supports efforts to verify and document the traceability of materials, packaging and products e.g. mock recall annual activity.** **Supports the implementation and verification of procedures to control non\-conforming materials and products** **Supports site implementation and on\-going verification of HACCP plan and pre\-requisite programs such as pest controls, allergen management, hygienic controls, etc.** **Supports efforts to improve quality of inbound materials by collecting and analyzing supplier performance data.e recorded and archived.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR2,000\.00 \- QAR2,500\.00 per month
