The role ensures compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international safety standards while fostering a strong safety culture across all site activities. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement and maintain occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures across project sites and offices * Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non\-compliance issues * Assist in risk assessments and development of safe work method statements (SWMS) * Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare detailed reports and corrective action plans * Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all employees and contractors * Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training sessions * Maintain safety documentation, logs, and compliance records for audits and inspections * Coordinate emergency response planning and drills * Liaise with project managers, supervisors, and external regulators to ensure compliance with safety regulations * Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives **Required Qualifications \& Skills** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field * Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) preferred * 2–5 years of experience in a safety role, preferably in construction, industrial, or facilities environments * Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management practices * Ability to conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations * Strong communication and training skills * Attention to detail and strong problem\-solving ability * Proficiency in reporting and documentation tools (MS Office or equivalent) **Personal Attributes** * Proactive and safety\-driven mindset * Strong leadership presence on\-site * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities * Commitment to continuous improvement and compliance Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR640,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
