Summary: This role involves ensuring site safety, conducting risk assessments, maintaining HSE compliance, providing training, managing incidents, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Highlights: 1. Ensuring site safety and compliance with HSE policies 2. Conducting risk assessments and incident investigations 3. Coordinating safety efforts and providing essential training 1\. Site Safety Management * Monitor daily site activities to ensure safe working practices * Conduct regular safety inspections and audits * Identify unsafe conditions and stop unsafe work when required 2\. Risk Assessment \& Hazard Control * Conduct risk assessments (JSA/JHA) for all activities * Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions * Ensure proper control measures are implemented 3\. HSE Compliance * Ensure compliance with local laws and company HSE policies * Follow standards such as OSHA / NEBOSH guidelines * Maintain safety documentation and records 4\. Toolbox Talks \& Training * Conduct daily/weekly toolbox talks * Train workers on safety procedures and PPE usage * Promote safety awareness among site staff 5\. Incident Reporting \& Investigation * Report accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions * Investigate incidents and identify root causes * Prepare detailed incident reports with corrective actions 6\. Emergency Preparedness * Ensure fire safety and emergency response plans are in place * Conduct emergency drills (fire, evacuation, spill response) * Maintain first aid and emergency equipment readiness 7\. PPE \& Safety Equipment * Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Inspect safety gear regularly * Enforce PPE compliance on site 8\. Coordination * Work with project managers, engineers, and supervisors * Coordinate with subcontractors on safety requirements * Liaise with client safety representatives Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
