We focus on maintaining strong governance structures that support sustainable and compliant business growth. **Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced and detail\-focused **Senior Compliance Officer** to join our Doha team. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices while supporting a strong culture of compliance across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies * Develop, review, and update compliance frameworks and procedures * Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend corrective actions * Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections * Investigate compliance breaches and prepare detailed reports * Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance standards * Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation * Collaborate with legal, risk, and operational teams to strengthen governance **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field * Professional certification (CAMS, CRCM, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage * Minimum 5–7 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles * Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance * Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem\-solving skills * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities * High attention to detail and ethical standards **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work in a compliance\-driven professional environment * Career development and advancement opportunities * Collaborative and structured workplace culture **How to Apply** Interested candidates are invited to apply via Indeed by submitting their updated CV and relevant certifications.
