Train staff on hygiene procedures and cleaning techniques We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage hygiene and sanitation operations in our food and beverage facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, in compliance with food safety regulations and company policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff across kitchens, dining areas, storage, and service zones. * Develop and implement cleaning schedules and hygiene protocols. * Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000\). * Train staff on hygiene procedures, safe chemical handling, and cleaning techniques. * Maintain and monitor hygiene records, including cleaning logs and chemical usage. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies. * Address and resolve hygiene\-related issues promptly. * Liaise with other departments (kitchen, maintenance, quality control) to maintain a clean and safe environment. * Prepare for internal and external hygiene audits. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in a similar hygiene or cleaning supervisory role, preferably in the F\&B or hospitality industry. * Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations. * Familiarity with HACCP and sanitation best practices. * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * Ability to train and motivate a team. * Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety. * Basic computer skills for report writing and record keeping.
