You will ensure that all raw materials, consumables, and finished products are properly stored, tracked, and issued to support smooth production and client deliveries. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and maintain inventory of papers, inks, boards, flex, vinyl, and other printing materials. * Record all incoming and outgoing stock and conduct regular stock audits. * Issue materials to production and marketing teams as per requirements. * Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and deliveries. * Ensure quality control of materials and proper storage practices. * Maintain accurate records, invoices, and prepare stock reports for management. * Collaborate with production, procurement, and accounts departments for smooth operations. **Requirements:** * Experience in printing, advertising, or related industries preferred. * Strong organizational and record\-keeping skills. * Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus. * Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
