If you know your skills and qualifications are in kindly submit your interest .* **Key responsibilities** * Procurement support * Raise purchase requests, obtain quotes, prepare PO documentation, follow up on supplier confirmations, and track lead times. * Order \& vendor management * Manage supplier relationships, track order status, expedite deliveries, resolve supplier issues, and maintain vendor performance records. * Logistics \& shipping coordination * Arrange domestic and international shipments (air/sea/road), coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers, manage import/export documentation, and track shipments to delivery. * Inventory \& warehouse support * Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, reconcile inventory variances, coordinate replenishment, and support warehouse receiving and dispatch processes. * Documentation \& compliance * Prepare and maintain shipping, customs, and import/export paperwork, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support audits. **Reporting \& KPIs** * Maintain procurement and inventory records, produce weekly/monthly reports (lead time, fill rate, stock turns), and track KPIs (OTD, supplier OTIF, inventory accuracy). * Cross\-functional coordination * Liaise with operations, production/planning, finance, and QA to align supply with demand and resolve supply interruptions. * Continuous improvement * Identify process bottlenecks, propose cost\-saving or lead\-time reduction initiatives, and support supplier onboarding/improvement programs.
