Planning \& Coordination** * Develop, update, and manage the T\&C plan and schedule for all substation equipment (GIS, transformers, protection relays, breakers, LCC panels, SCADA, telecom, etc.). * Coordinate between EPC contractor, OEMs, Kahramaa inspectors, QA/QC, and construction teams to ensure readiness for each T\&C stage. * Ensure all pre\-commissioning documentation is completed (I.T.Ps, method statements, checklists, FAT/SAT reports). **2\.
