Key Responsibilities * Conduct property valuations for commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed\-use assets * Prepare RICS\-compliant valuation reports for clients, banks, legal entities, and internal use * Analyze market data, zoning regulations, sales history, and comparable properties * Inspect and measure properties, assess conditions, and identify influencing factors * Use valuation software and models to support cost, market, and income\-based approaches * Communicate findings clearly to clients and stakeholders in writing and in person * Maintain valuation records, documentation, and audit trails for compliance * Ensure all reports meet RICS Red Book standards * Liaise with property owners, agents, legal teams, and local authorities * Monitor real estate market trends, yields, and macroeconomic indicators * Support due diligence for acquisitions, disposals, financing, or legal disputes * Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge\-sharing Required Qualifications and Skills * MRICS or FRICS designation (Valuation Pathway) * Minimum 1–2 years of valuation experience * Strong knowledge of RICS Red Book Global Standards * Experience with Argus, Excel, and valuation platforms * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple assignments **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Application Instructions:** Send your CV and cover letter to **Jane@bhqatar.com** ***Candidates must hold a valid RICS certification.
