Maintaining a secure, orderly community environment **JOB VACANCY: COMPOUND SECURITY GUARD (URGENT LOCAL HIRE)** **Location:** Al Hazm Area (Residential Compound), Doha, Qatar **Position:** Compound Security Guard **Employment Type:** Full\-time (Shift Basis) **Visa Status:** Transferable QID with NOC required for immediate transfer **Job Summary** We are seeking a vigilant, highly presentable, and reliable Security Guard to oversee access control and security operations for a multi\-villa residential compound in Al Hazm. The candidate will be responsible for safeguarding residents, monitoring access gates, managing visitor logs, and maintaining a secure, orderly community environment. **Key Responsibilities** * **Access Control:** Manage primary main gate access; verify credentials for residents, visitors, delivery personnel, and maintenance contractors. * **Perimeter Security:** Perform scheduled daily foot patrols across compound grounds, common areas, parking zones, and facility perimeters. * **Monitoring \& Surveillance:** Monitor compound CCTV systems, gate barriers, lighting, and safety alarms. * **Traffic \& Parking Management:** Ensure visitor parking regulations are followed and emergency access routes remain clear at all times. * **Resident Assistance \& Logging:** Maintain clean, accurate digital/manual logbooks for incoming visitors, contractors, and deliveries; assist residents with basic security inquiries politely and professionally. * **Incident Response:** Respond quickly and calmly to security alerts, emergency situations, or unauthorized entry, reporting directly to compound management. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * **Location \& Status:** Currently residing in Qatar with a **valid, transferable QID**. * **NOC / Transfer:** Must be available for **immediate local sponsorship transfer** (MoL system). * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a security guard in a residential compound, gated community, or private facility. * **Communication:** Good spoken English; basic functional Arabic is an advantage. * **Attributes:** Sharp attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, high integrity, and physical fitness for shift work and walking patrols. **Benefits \& Compensation** * Company accommodation * Immediate Sponsorship Transfer processing by the company * Statutory annual leave and end\-of\-service benefits per Qatar Labor Law Pay: QAR1,275\.23 \- QAR2,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
