Position Overview We are seeking a detail\-oriented and professional **Trust Services Coordinator** to oversee trust administration, client communications, and compliance processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, legal teams, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate trust service operations, including documentation and reporting. * Manage client communications and ensure timely responses to inquiries. * Maintain accurate records of trust agreements, transactions, and compliance requirements. * Support legal and financial teams in preparing trust\-related documentation. * Ensure compliance with Qatar’s regulatory standards and company policies. * Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining strong client relationships. * Monitor deadlines, renewals, and trust service obligations. * Provide administrative support for audits, reviews, and internal reporting. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field. * 3–6 years of experience in trust services, fiduciary management, or corporate administration. * Strong knowledge of trust structures, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. * Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trust management systems. * Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
