Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Siebel Senior Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Siebel CRM applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Siebel configuration, scripting, workflows, integrations, and performance optimization, along with the ability to work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high\-quality CRM solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM applications and customizations. * Configure Siebel components including workflows, business services, applets, views, and business components. * Develop and maintain Siebel eScript, workflows, and integration solutions. * Integrate Siebel CRM with external systems using EAI, web services, APIs, and middleware technologies. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within Siebel applications. * Optimize application performance and ensure system stability. * Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements. * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. * Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities. * Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 6\+ years of experience in Siebel CRM development. * Strong expertise in: * Siebel Tools * Siebel Configuration * Siebel eScript / VB Script * Workflows and Business Services * EAI and Integration Technologies * Experience with Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL. * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Open UI, REST/SOAP web services, and middleware integration. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Siebel CRM certification is an advantage. * Experience in telecom, banking, or enterprise environments preferred.
