Summary: This role involves preparing detailed shop drawings for interior fit-out works, developing various technical drawings, and coordinating with multiple teams. Highlights: 1. Prepare detailed shop drawings for interior fit-out works 2. Coordinate directly with MEP, structural, and site teams 3. Strong expertise in AutoCAD and interior fit-out/joinery drafting Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed **shop drawings for interior fit\-out works** * Produce accurate drawings for: * Joinery and millwork (cabinets, wardrobes, counters, wall panels) * Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP) * Flooring layouts and finishes * Interior elevations and details * Develop **IFC, as\-built, and coordination drawings** * Conduct site visits to verify measurements and resolve technical issues * Coordinate directly with **MEP, structural, and site teams** * Support installation teams by providing clear technical detailing * Maintain drawing logs, revisions, and submission records * Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and site requirements * Resolve technical conflicts between architectural and MEP systems Required Skills \& Experience * 4\+years of experience in **interior fit\-out / joinery drafting** * Strong expertise in **AutoCAD (mandatory)** * Solid experience in **shop drawings for interior works** * Strong knowledge of: * Joinery detailing * Ceiling systems (RCP layouts) * Flooring finishes and layouts * Interior fit\-out coordination * Experience working with **MEP coordination in fit\-out projects** * Ability to read and interpret architectural \+ MEP drawings * Experience working with contractors and site teams * Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Pay: Up to QAR7,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have a valid QID? * Mention your salary expectations * What's your notice period?
