Whether it’s setting up and breaking down equipment, transporting supplies, stocking bars and action stations, or other tasks, the Event Support Expert plays a key role in ensuring our events run flawlessly. Regardless of your specific role, several fundamental factors are essential to success: creating a safe workplace, following company guidelines and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional. Event Support Experts are constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in various physical tasks (moving items, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds \[22.5 kg] unassisted, and objects weighing over 75 pounds \[35 kg] with assistance). It is critical to perform these tasks—and other reasonable tasks assigned—correctly and consistently so guests remain satisfied and the hotel operates smoothly.
