Opportunity for upselling and product knowledge Key Responsibilities * Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their visit * Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and make informed recommendations * Accurately take and process guest orders using the POS system * Serve food and beverages according to presentation and service standards * Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns * Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations * Coordinate effectively with baristas, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth service * Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions accurately * Assist with opening and closing duties * Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation procedures at all times * Support upselling initiatives and promote featured menu items Requirements * Previous experience as a waiter/server in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality venues preferred * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment * Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities * Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays * Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage Preferred Qualifications * Experience in premium cafés, fine dining, or luxury hospitality environments * Knowledge of specialty coffee, desserts, and premium food service * Multilingual communication skills * Hospitality or customer service training certifications Key Competencies * Guest service excellence * Communication skills * Attention to detail * Team collaboration * Time management * Problem\-solving * Upselling and product knowledge Pay: QAR2,500\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
