Support senior management in making strategic decisions **Purpose of the Role:** Lead and develop the company's corporate strategy, translate long-term vision and objectives into executable initiatives and plans, analyze markets, opportunities, and risks, and support senior management in making strategic decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement corporate strategy aligned with the company's vision, mission, and objectives. * Lead strategic planning processes and establish short- and long-term goals and initiatives. * Conduct market, competitor, and sector analyses to identify growth and expansion opportunities. * Evaluate investment, expansion, partnership, and strategic project opportunities. * Analyze financial and operational performance to identify efficiency and profitability improvement opportunities. * Prepare feasibility studies and strategic analyses to support senior management decisions. * Develop and monitor key performance indicators **(KPIs)** and measure progress toward strategic objectives. * Lead transformation, growth, and business performance improvement initiatives across the company. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of their plans with the corporate strategy. * Monitor strategic risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact. * Prepare strategic presentations and reports for the Board of Directors and Executive Management. * Provide data-driven recommendations to support investment and business decisions. * Monitor economic, regulatory, and technological developments and their impact on company operations. * Lead process improvement, restructuring, and business model development projects as needed. * Manage strategic teams and develop and motivate their capabilities to achieve objectives. * Build effective relationships with stakeholders, partners, and external consultants. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field. * Master's degree in Business Administration **(MBA)** or a related field is preferred. * Extensive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business development. * Leadership experience in managing projects and strategic initiatives. * Advanced skills in financial analysis, market analysis, and data analysis. * Strong strategic thinking and complex problem-solving abilities. * Excellent skills in preparing executive presentations and reports. * Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to make data-driven strategic decisions. * Proficiency in Arabic and English. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
