Job Summary: The General Director leads the implementation of the company's overall strategy, oversees all departments, develops growth plans, and ensures compliance. Key Highlights of the Role: 1. Building and strengthening a positive and effective organizational culture **General Director** **Responsibilities:** * Formulate and implement the company's overall strategy in coordination with the Board of Directors. * Oversee all departments (Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales). * Lead and guide the executive team and make strategic decisions. * Develop growth and expansion plans in the local and regional markets. * Manage financial performance and ensure achievement of profitability targets. * Represent the company before government entities, partners, and investors in Qatar. * Ensure compliance with local laws and regulatory requirements. * Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies. * Build and strengthen a positive and effective organizational culture. * Supervise preparation of budgets and financial reports. * Develop relationships with key customers and strategic partners. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred). * Minimum 12–18 years of experience, including 5–8 years in an executive leadership role. * Experience managing large companies or business units. * Deep understanding of the Qatari or Gulf market. * Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. * Excellent decision-making and crisis management capabilities. * Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage). **Required Skills:** * Senior leadership and decision-making * Long-term strategic thinking * Change management and organizational transformation * Negotiation and relationship-building skills * Emotional intelligence and team management **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Revenue and profit growth * Achievement of strategic objectives * Market share * Operational efficiency * Customer and employee satisfaction **Working Conditions:** * Full-time position * High level of responsibility and pressure * Requires representing the company at official events and meetings * May involve travel within and outside Qatar Salary: QAR٤٠٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ per month Work Location: On-site
