The role is responsible for identifying attractive opportunities, driving due diligence, structuring deals, and working closely with portfolio company leadership to deliver strong returns. **Key responsibilities** * Source and evaluate new investment opportunities. * Lead financial modeling, valuation, and underwriting. * Manage due diligence, advisors, and transaction execution. * Negotiate deal terms and present recommendations to investment committees. * Oversee portfolio companies and support value creation plans. * Monitor performance, risks, and exit readiness across investments. **Skills and experience** * Strong private equity, M\&A, or investment banking background. * Proven deal leadership and negotiation ability. * Advanced financial analysis, modeling, and commercial judgment. * Ability to work with senior stakeholders, founders, and management teams. * Experience with portfolio oversight and strategic value creation.
