Summary: Monitor and operate BMS systems, including HVAC, lighting, electrical, and mechanical systems, to ensure smooth building operations and maintain system performance. Highlights: 1. Operate and monitor BMS for smooth building operations 2. Identify and respond to system alarms promptly 3. Coordinate maintenance and ensure safety compliance **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and operate BMS systems to ensure smooth building operations. * Monitor HVAC, lighting, electrical, and mechanical systems through the BMS platform. * Identify system alarms and respond to faults promptly. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. * Coordinate with maintenance teams for corrective and preventive maintenance. * Maintain records of system performance and equipment status. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards. * Assist in troubleshooting BMS\-related issues.
